Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

    5 pound(s) Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
    1 stick(s) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons
    1 cup(s) heavy cream
    2 tablespoon(s) Mashed Roasted Garlic
    2 teaspoon(s) Tabasco
    Salt
    Freshly ground white pepper
    1 tablespoon(s) flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions

    In a large pot, cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderate heat, uncovered, until tender, 20 minutes. Drain Cloud Based Desktoppotatoes and return to pot. Cook over low heat, gently tossing, until potatoes are dry, 2 minutes.
    Add butter, cream, and roasted garlic to potatoes and mash over low heat until creamy and heated through. Add Tabasco and season with salt and pepper. Transfer mashed potatoes to a bowl, garnish with parsley and serve.
